Do you support customization?
Yes, including color, material, function (e.g., remote control/color temperature) and certifications (ETL/CE, etc.). Please specify requirements in advance.
What is the MOQ? Is mixed batch allowed?
MOQ is 50 units/model for regular products, 100 units/model for customized products; mixed batch of the same series is allowed (total quantity not less than MOQ).
What is the warranty period? How to handle quality issues?
2-year warranty for the whole machine (5 years for the motor); free replacement of accessories for quality issues, and negotiation on return/exchange for bulk problems.
Procurement & Payment
How long is the quotation valid? Does it include shipping and taxes?
Valid for 30 days; quotation is EXW price, excluding shipping and customs duties. We can assist in calculating FOB/CIF prices.
What payment terms are available?
T/T (20% deposit + 80% balance against B/L copy), L/C; monthly settlement available for long-term customers.
Is the sample fee refundable?
Regular sample fee is 80% of the retail price, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment when ordering 500 units or more.
Production & Delivery
What is the production lead time? Can I track the order progress?
30-45 days for regular products, 45-60 days for customized products; an exclusive order tracking link will be provided for real-time updates.
What logistics methods and customs clearance documents are available?
Support sea freight (Shenzhen/Guangzhou ports) and air freight; free provision of customs clearance documents including commercial invoice, bill of lading, and certification reports.

Do you support OEM/ODM?
Yes! For OEM, provide brand logo and packaging design; for ODM, customize functions and appearance according to requirements.
